How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on an item to view and decided on purchasing this item, click on the 'Add to Cart' button next to the item.This will add the item to your cart. You may continue to shop and add items to your cart until you are ready to check out.

How do I make an order/check out?
Once you have finished shopping and wish to check out, click on the 'Your Cart' button on the top right of your screen. This will take you through to the start of the check out process.Once on the check out page make sure the item/s and quantities are correct. Complete your shipping details and add any special instructions that you would like us to know or any special delivery details. Once completed click on the Checkout button and this will take you through to the next screen. In this screen you will need to provide your email address so we can keep you informed about your purchase and the process in delivering it. You will also need to provide details of your billing address and shipping address. Once completed click on 'continue to next step'. The final check out page lets you confirm your shipping options and provide your credit card details. After reviewing items and providing payment details click on the button Complete my Purchase. This will take you to the confirmation page that your purchase has been made and also send out this information to your email address.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within New Zealand for any purchase over $50. For any New Zealand purchase below $50 the shipping cost is $5. International shipping costs vary and you will need to view the Shipping page located at the top and bottom of the screen for more details.
How long does shipping take?
Please provide five working days before contacting us about your order. We hope to have your order delivered as soon as possible but due to public holidays and weekends there may be a delay.
My order has arrived damaged or wrong?

Can I cancel my order?

How do I create an account?
Once you have completed your first purchase with Playmaker Sports you will be able to set up your account. Click on the button labeled Create Account on the confirmation page of your order.This will take the information that you have provided for your purchase, which includes shipping address and billing address and stores it in your account. You will be emailed with information saying that you have set up an account and now when you decide to purchase again from Playmaker Sports your checkout time will be much faster.
Why can't you deliver to a P.O Box address?
We strive to provide the best delivery process and in order for this to be complete we need someone to sign for the delivery. This can't be done at a P.O Box address, home or work place address's are best.
What methods and payments can I use?
For online shopping with Playmaker Sports we accept Visa and Mastercard. We also provide the option to pay by Bank Deposit. Our account number for this is 03-0252-0478107-000. For any inquires regarding payment please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I don't want to give my credit card details over the internet?
You can use our Bank Transfer option or you can call us during business hours on +6493602014 and talk to our customer services. Please have your shipping and billing address details ready as well as your credit card details.
I have forgotten my password to my account?
No problems. Please click on the login word at the top of the page. Click on the option Forgotten your Password and this will then ask you to fill in your email address. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. If you have any problems please contact email@example.com for help.
Can I make an international order?
Yes we deliver internationally. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to provide you with delivery costs as they may vary from which region you are ordering from.
